This article is based on .related geological information of block chao-55 and combined with the digitized sedimentary facies result,the structural model and property model such as proposity, permeability,oil saturation and effective thickness is established by using the three-dimensional geological modeling software of Petrel.The block's characteristic of low-permeability fractured reservoirs is considerd, dual pore-permeability model is established to do work of history matching by using the numerical simulation software of Eclipse.Compared with conventional petroleum deposit,the key work of this stage is adjust permeability and conductivity of fractured system,orientation and density of crack,the completion factor of artificially fractured well.The work of history matching is accomplished untill September 2007,development index including geological reserves,fluid production, compositive water ratio,single well's water ratio,recovery percent of reserves,strata pressure and so on. On the basis of history matching result meeting the accuracy requirement and according to acquired well pattern thickening theory of low permeability oil field,namely well arrangement along fracture's main direction,adopt pattern of line flood,increase well apacing and minish array paich,on this basis,different infilling method is designed and predict work is done.According to the calculate result,the ultimate recovery of "321" thickening is 4.02 percent higher than diagonal thickening,the result in accordance with real effect of field,verified the rationality of this thickening pattern again.Cyclic water flooding is a effective mean adopted by fractured reservoirs exploitation,three water control adjustment plans are designed in this article and predict their exploit effect,the calculate result shows that the third plan has a good effect,recommending that in the process of oil field practical development adopt way of high water-cut oil well change to water well and interval injection alternately.These main conclusion in this article have meaning of guidance for second class blocks' development adjustment in the middle and later period.
