With the development of industry, the vast majority of China's rivers and lakes are affected by varying degrees of pollution. Pollution caused by the eutrophication of water has become China's most prominent environmental problems. Because of eutrophication of lakes allows algae bloom frequency, scale and duration of happened showed an increasing trend, and give the function of lake ecosystems caused a lot of harmful effects. People have taken various measures to prevent the occurrence of algae bloom, but because the formation mechanism study is not deep enough, resulting in a lot of measures ineffective. Attached algae are attached to the substrate immersed in the water surface of the algae, their growth requirements and is basically similar to algae growth in water consumption will be the course of the N, P and other nutrients also has the advantages of harvest convenience, in accordance with the ecological learn the principles of competitive exclusion, through the attachment of planktonic algae to curb algae may be an attempt. The article through indoor simulation studied the growth competition between attached algae and phytoplankton to provide a certain theory basis for the algae bloom control of entrophication water. In laboratory indoor controlled a certain temperature, illumination, pH and other conditions and set N:P in the 10:1 to 25:1 to analyse the growth of competition between phytoplankton and attached algae. It was also discussed the growth influence of phytoplankton and attached algae with glucose as additional carbon source .The results indicated that when N:P was 20:1 the phytoplankton concentrations difference was highest and its value was 159×10~5 cells / L. The highter the temperature and the higher the concentration of nitrogen, the competitive advantage of attached algae was more obvious. The phytoplankton more than attached algae adapted the higher concentration of COD.
