| In the rod pumping wells production process, it is required continuous monitoring load and displacement of suspension point. With the rapid development of automatic monitoring technology, communication technology and computer technology, using accurate, efficient, real-time automatic monitoring and control technology of rod pumping wells can detect failures of rod pumping wells promptly, change traditional correction maintenance into early fault warning, analyze and judge working conditions of the rod pump wells system correctly, provide effective measures for maintenance and management, reduce the reactive power consumption and improve the rate of open wells. On this basis, using the method of indicator diagram can analyze load and displacement of suspension point, calculate liquid producing capacity at the mouth of a well, achieve a real-time, continuous and automatic measurement of liquid producing capacity, solve the measurement problem of series-parallel wells, determine the reasonable working system; it has great significance to optimize the automatic monitoring and control technology and to achieve the purpose of "easy operation, long-term stability, accurate information rapid and timely". In this paper, the research of remote automatic monitoring, working conditions analysis and oil measurement technology by indicator diagram are carried out. The main work and the conclusions are as follows: the characteristics indicator diagram and well management for rod pumping wells are analyzed, the mass production computation module for oil wells based on the indicator diagram analysis is researched, the computational method of pump plunger's effective stroke is probed into and the error sources and the error correction method for oil measurement method of indicator diagram is analyzed. On this basis, the paper puts forward research ideas of remote automatic monitoring and working condition analysis system for oil well, advances the comparative study for the methods of remote transmission of system data and determines the suit wireless transmission methods for this system. This paper advances hardware research for small wireless working condition monitoring device, and analyzes composition and realization methods for system application software. On this basis, the design work of the system test implementation scheme is carried out, and dose field experiment for 15 wells at the fourth oil field in North China Oil Filed carries out comparative analysis of experimental data. The results show that: liquid producing capacity that calculated is essentially accorded with the measured liquid producing capacity, and the minimum error is only 4.7%. The remote automatic monitoring and working conditions analysis system is on-line successive automatic measurement technology for individual well that can be extended on the basic of the automatic monitor, control and detection of indicator diagram for oil well, it can meet the needs of field analysis and the management and can essentially accurately get the individual well producing rate of not knotty wells. It has the distinguish feature as "monitor first, then diagnose, finally measure", achieves the integration of the three major technologies: automatic monitoring and control for wells, automatic diagnose working condition, automatic yield measurement, and finally reaches the purpose of understanding the well condition. The research offers the technical measures for real time following up flow condition of oil well and for microscopic management. |
