The evaluation and improvement of system efficiency on the rod pumping well,real-time intelligent analysis and optimization of lifting system condition is the extremely concerned about the problem in well production.at present,according to the absolute value of current system efficiency,to evaluate tne improvement of efficiency and energy saving potential in the development units.The oil field is also lack of the real-time intelligent analysis platform,unable to realize optimization of oil well production condition real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis and production optimization.According to the type of reservoir,buried depth,reservoir rock and fluid properties,type and oil well production conditions,scientific research well limit energy consumption calculation model are analyzed.According to the calculation model of oil well energy consumption limit,forming a "saving rate" as the core of the evaluation system of energy consumption,the actual system efficiency compared with theoretical system efficiency,thereby improving the efficiency of mining field system potential,provides methods and means for improving the efficiency of the system,and a number of typical blocks or oil filter unit for the prediction and evaluation of potential energy;considering the inertia and friction factors of actual crank angular velocity,four bar linkage on the derivation of the conventional beam pumping unit and broadband pumping well polished rod dynamometer and the motor diagram transformation model,established the diagnosis rules the electric diagram working condition diagnosis method and standard of electric power library based on syndrome and Thoth,based on the vector method and the indicator diagram of feature recognition method of indicator diagram method to condition diagnosis of oil well ground;Shown in diagram as known condition,using one-dimensional damped wave equation solution pump dynamometer card,and to study the pump power curve the curvature calculation model,a fixed valve and traveling valve closed point determining method and calculation method of load of the next stroke variation of pump dynamometer card open,with wellbore and annulus fluid pressure distribution calculation formula,established based on pump diagram to calculate the dynamic mathematical model of liquid level depth,compiled the “pumping oil wells lifting system condition real-time intelligent analysis and evaluation” software.The research results show that the theory and method established in this paper are scientific and reasonable,which can provide guidance for the production and management of the field.The selection of typical blocks of four different reservoir types of prediction and evaluation of potential energy consumption,consumption rate of typical blocks were 18.33%,13.30%,10.52% and 12.20%,are in the parameter adjustment,energy saving has great potential,through research and demonstration,proved the evaluation of energy consumption of pumping oil well lifting system method in this paper the fair and reasonable of each block,unit,unit consumption potential development space,can provide guidance for on-site production and management;establishment of beam pumping unit and belt pumping unit 23 typical electric diagram charts,199 wells electrical diagram and diagram working condition diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%,showed that the working condition diagnosis model in this paper has high accuracy,has good practicability;in Shengli Oilfield 124 wells were calculated and analyzed under different working conditions Calculated dynamic liquid level and the actual dynamic liquid level average relative error is 9.64%,indicating that the calculation model is more accurate for the oil well production condition real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis and production optimization provides a good technical support.
