With the fast development of natural gas industry,more and more gas pipelines were applied,at the same time ,the liquid loading in pipeline gets more attention .To uncover the hypostasis of two-phase gas-liquid flow and to know the rule of liquid accumulation in gas pipeline,we should study the theoretics of the multiphase flow ,and explore the mechanism of two-phase gas-liquid flow.Judging the flow pattern is an indispensable problem for studying multiphase. Based on the judgment formulas of flow Pattern of Baker,Mandhane,Brill,weisman,taitel, use the high Power interprolation Polynomial to regress the curv in the flow pattern chart,in order to use the flow pattern in computer. By analyzing the gas or liquid velocity , viscidity of liquid, density of gas,pipeline diameter and obliquity of pipeline etc,we can got the effecting behavior of each factor to the flow pattern.In the paper,the author analyzed the flow pattern mechanism of stratified ,slug and annular flow.Established model for calculating liquid loading,and brought forward solving method.According to the characteristic of complex hilly-terrain pipeline, classified the complex hilly-terrain pipeline ,and summarized several kinds of simple hilly-terrain pipeline.Sum up the rule of liquid holdup in simple hilly-terrain pipeline,by PIPEPHASE and the model for calculating liquid holdup respectively.From above,know that the angle of pipeline has very little effect to the average liquid holdup,but very different from the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point in pipeline,which has more effection on the average liquid holdup.According to the rule of liquid holdup in simple hilly-terrain pipeline,developed a methed to predigest complex hilly-terrain pipeline for calculating the liquid loading.By simulation,we can prove that this method has very little effect on the calculating iquid loading of a whole pipeline.Its error was accepted by people in project,and it was the same with some other models for calculating liquid loading.That method was proved that still has very extensive applicability in pipe diameter, quantity of current,and liquid/gas ratio etc.
