Pumping wells mill situation under control side showed an increasing trend year by year, its impact has become one of the main factors of pump homework. Because of the complexity of the actual situation underground, the current engineering analysis of the mechanical model is still very much dependent on the engineering staff at the scene of the subjective imagination and experience, lack of intuitive and accurate. In this paper, based on the visualization technology, the pumping wells'rod and tube partial-wear simulik system is studied. This article has absorbed the computer graphics, the Computational geometry, the survey study and so on the numerous domain massive advanced theory achievement foundation, based on the existing pipes under pumping wells eccentric wear mechanism model, control study of three-dimensional visual simulation model under the basic theory, discusses the basic method of system development, including the establishment of system architecture and system services layer, system function layer and the development of human-computer interaction layer. The system has realized the three dimensional terrain fast modeling as well as the dynamic demonstration,as develops the platform take VC++, uses OpenGL the drawing technique. Based on the analysis of the sucker rod pumping system's pipe's strained condition, eccentric wear of the laws and the implementation of control measures, of anti-bias measures imposed before and after grinding at tubing sucker rod exercise conducted within the Visual Simulation, and ultimately achieved the results of mechanical analysis and anti-migraine mill's analysis and evaluation .
