Injecting water has been played a decisive role in the various technics measures of oil field exploitation in a later period. The effect of injecting water affects the effects of oil exploitation and relates to the production stable cycle length and the recovery ratio directly.Because of differentness of permeability every oil layer, if the general water injection is adopted, although a formation pressure is maintained, water injected becomes fast from high permeable layer to oil well, the monolayer onrush is led. Water injection effects is not refected, as water moves slowly in low permeable layer. So the water injected does not play a due role, even water prematurely appears and moisture content becomes increasingly higher in high permeability layers, and then oil-producing capacity of medium and low-permeability layer is directly affected. Stratified injection is that water is injected by adopting different quantity of water according to permeable capability of every oil layers. Restrict water injection to the oil layers whose permeability and absorbent water ability are good. And then reinforce water injection to the oil layers whose permeability and absorbent water ability are weak. Water is injected into formation as effective as possible, so that water injected can play its due role in the high, medium and low permeability layers.It is difficult to set an accurate mathematical model up for the flow in eccentric injection well. For that reason, PIC microcontroller as main unit is used and then fuzzy control theory is introduced, PIC analyzes and compares the data with the default values so that it makes the flow in an ideal range by controlling servo motor driven rotating valve rotation. Tow aspects of hardware and software describe the system design of fuzzy control in eccentric and stratified input well flow testing system. Finally, the data is sent to the computer by USB communication technology in order that workers can master the situation in the underground across-the-board.
