The lack of oil production has severely hampered the development of society and economy in China. The technology of the oil extraction needs to improve urgently. Therefore, for the current conventional stratified injection technology couldn't fully meet the needs of the development of oil field, A new method was presented in this paper, Intelligent technology is applied in injection well measuring and adjusting of stratified flow in the oil field, improve the efficiency of oil extraction.The paper firstly introduces the background and the source of subject, and analyses principle and processe for the design in the Eccentric Injection Well based on PIC. The basic component parts and the basic running principle of the Measuring and Adjusting System are detail introduced. Then the control plan is confirmed.Secondly, Through the analyzes the principle of working and the method of speed control DC servo motor, The Stratified flow Measuring and Adjusting System of the Eccentric Injection Well was based on PIC16F877 microcontroller as a core, And the hardware and software of the control system were designed in detail. The hardware design include: MCU minimum system design, control system power supply design, the design of the main circuit and the drive circuit. In order to improve the reliability of the system, The opto isolation have used in between main circuit and control circuit the way for signal transmission, while the design of the DC motor over-current protection circuit. According to the data in the system for long-distance transmission, In order to improve the system reliability and anti- interference for data transmission, this paper uses RS485 for data transmission which characteristics are low power consumption and fast data transfer rate. Software design, including the PC interface and MCU program: PC using VC++ design the control interface to achieve the man-machine convergence, making operation of the system more convenient; the executable program of MCU is written in C language, including the main program, signal detection subroutines, communication subroutines and flow adjust subroutine and so on.Finally, The Measuring and Adjusting System in the Eccentric Injection Well designed in this paper has been experimented in the lab , and give the experimental waveforms and the PC work interface, through the experimental study have confirmed the correctness of this paper.
