Research On Recycling Of Brine In Binhai Economic Development Zone, Weifang

With the development of economy,the resource and environmental issue is challenging in the worldwide.The resources for the subsistence of the mankind is largely consuming,some of which are nearly used up. The theory of the cyclic economy comes into being under this background ,and has drawn much attention in many countries. The cyclic economy is being carried out in some countrie,especially in developed countries,and some valuable and advantageous experice are available now.The aim of this thesis is to research on recycling of brine in Binhai economic development zone using these advantageous experiences for reference.The Binhai economic development zone is based on maritime resources.It takes marine chemical rising economy as the dominat industry and concentrates research ,industry and trade as a whole.The abundant brine it has is the advantage and lifeline it needs to surving and developing.The Binhai economic zone has felt strong rush of resource and environment after it established decades.while it creates abundant material wealth,it pays dearly for resource and environment.The brine resource wastes seriously and it's quality declines sharply because the using pattern is irrational.Under the influence of cyclic economy,the cyclic economy pattern of brine is drawing increasing attention.At first, this thesis analyses the old using pattern;then the author comes to the conclusion that we must use the cyclic economy pattern;at last,the author puts forward that how to practice the cyclic economy pattern and how to reverse input the brine after bromine production. This thesis is divided into seven parts:The first part is preface.This part proposes the research background,significance,objective and contents are put forward.The second part is the analysis of cocept,principle and implementation way of cyclic economy.The third part is the survey of study region is introduced,especially nature,resource , social and economic.The condition of brine resource is introduced more detailed.The fourth part is the analysis of problems of the old brine using pattern,including the problems of brine resource,water resource,industrial structure,energy resources and eco-environment.The fifth part is the research on cyclic economy pattern of brine.Proposed the recycling of brine,positive pursuing of clean production, production improvement,comprehensive utilization of waste and expansion of the communicatin.The sixth part is conclusion.There are two innovation points of the paper:the first is propseding cyclic economy pattern of brine.the second is proposeding the method of reverse inputing the brine after bromine production...
