A great number of high temperature, high pressure, high degree of mineralization and flowing well-type brine occurring in Jianling Depression’s 4000m depth strata, the brine mainly consist of sodium chloride and potassium chloride, and contains abundant trace elements such as B, Li and Br et al.. These elements have a high grade which could form potential economic values. This experiment adopted extraction method to extract element B, and anticipate to explore a suitable technical route for B extraction work from the brine in Jiangling Depression, then supply the basic data for subsequent production experiment, finally, fulfill the comprehensive utilization about the brine.First, evaporating and concentrating the brine of Jiangling Depression, and determined the evaporation concentration ratio of 4. At this point, sodium chloride could be precipitated about 75%, while the other elements such as boron enriched with little loss.Then, using the solvent extraction method to mention of boron, established the extraction system that mixed iso-octanol and iso-amyl alcohol, iso-octanol and 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol as extraction solvent, aviation kerosene as diluents.The experiment studies the factors of extraction solvent volume fraction, PH, O/A, extraction time, extraction stages and saturation extraction capacity etc. that affect the extraction.and they could optimize the experimental conditions.The extraction conditions of mixed isooctanol and isoamyl alcohol extraction system: fixed aviation kerosene volume fraction of 50%, extraction agent isooctanol volume fraction of 25%, iso-amyl alcohol volume fraction of 25%, PH value of 1-2, O/A of 2:1, extraction time of 15min, maximum saturation capacity of 28.39g/L, and forth extraction grade, which could get 90% extraction rate, the stripping agent of H2O, stripping O/A of 1:1, and third grade of countercurrent stripping process, which could get 96% stripping rate.The extraction conditions of mixed isooctanol and 2-ethyl-1,3-hexane diol extraction system:fixed aviation kerosene volume fraction of 50%, extraction agent isooctanol volume fraction of 35%,2-ethyl-1,3-hexane diol volume fraction of 25%, PH value 1-2, and O/A of 1:1, extraction time of 10min, maximum saturation capacity of 48.6g/L, and single-stage extraction, which could get 97% extraction rate, the stripping agent of NaOH which concentration of 0.5mol/L, stripping O/A of 2:1, the stripping time of 15min, and single-stage stripping, which could get 94.57% stripping rate.Finally, through the orthogonal experiment, we could obtain the order of various factors which were affected two systems of the extraction efficiency was PH> compared> Time> concentration, and also could get the better parameter of two hybrid extraction system. I think the isooctanol and iso-amyl alcohol mixed extraction system is a suitable process route for jiangling deep underground brine.
