This article relied on Key Projects in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program in the Eleventh Five-year Plan Period"Development and Research of Key Technology for Complicated and Rich Water Deposit Mining"(2006BAB02A01),aimed at engineering condition of 8~# orebody in Huize Lead & Zinc mine of Yunnan Chihong Lead & Ge Co.,LTD.,and integrated research methods of engineering geological survey,theory analyse,numerical simulation and on site monitoring based on rock mass mechanics theory.It studied parameters of stope structure and stability of extracting drift roof,and then brought forward the large access of upward horizontal layer cut and fill stoping two step mining method with technics of hydraulic props roof supporting. This study accomplished works as follows:(1) Based on hydraulic prop support theory and interact principle of prop and surrounding rock,this study introduced extensively service temporary supporting facility of monomer hydraulic prop from coal mine into ore deposit underground mining as the key support technology,then made use of paste filling and mullock filling methods realized the railless mechanization safety and efficiency mining.(2) According to fact of technic and equipment along with existing condition of 8~# orebody,this article provided a new approach of upward horizontal layer cut and fill stoping two step large access mining program with hydraulic props roof supporting technology for settle mining problems of inclined thin to medium thickness orebody under hard conditions of high stress,fracture zone and water abundant.(3) Made use of rock mass mechanics theory,this article studied roof stability of large access upward horizontal layer cut and fill stoping two step mining method,and established triaxiality model of mining, supporting and filling process of 1331~1571m level in 8~# orebody,then analyzed roof stability of mining process under conditions of different access width,layer height,tightness grade of filling and mining sequence by numerical simulate of MAP3D boundary element software.Afterward, this study gained stress regulation of access under different mining conditions,also confirmed the possible stope structure parameters and mining sequence.(4) According to characteristics of monomer hydraulic props roof supporting,this study carried out minitype mining examination,and monitored props work state and roof stability,revealed the roof of stope displacement and deformation rule,investigated interact principle of prop and surrounding rock,and adaptability of props roof protection.(5) This study made some progress about large access upward horizontal layer cut and fill stoping technology and correlative theory, afforded science guidance of mining ground pressure control for Huize Lead & Zinc mine and other similar mine.At the same time,this project revealed the important theory meaning and engineering worthness for underground mineral resources more safety,economically and reasonable mining.
