Hydraulic support is a key equipment in fully-mechanized coal mining process, because it is usually used for supporting roof, maintaining work space, removing coal cutter and transport machine on working surface.Feature cylinder, who is the most important power unit in Hydraulic support, has directly influence on the Hydraulic support’s property and reliability, and has influence on safety and production efficiency in the fully-mechanized coal mining surface. In view of the current Insufficient development of large diameter double telescopic prop of hydraulic support design in China, Further, digests and absorbs foreign advanced technology which Combined with the characteristics of the domestic. In this paper, Puts ZY17000/32/70D two column shield large mining height hydraulic support as an example, Design and Analyses large diameter double telescopic prop of hydraulic support. First, General design of large diameter telescopic prop was determined by analyzing Working conditions of two column shield large mining height hydraulic support, Through the detailed structure design, determines Connection mode and sealing form of all units which constitutes telescopic props. Secondly, Hydraulic support aided design software was used for feature cylinder simulation, mechanical analysis, intensity checking, and then we can get accuracy date about feature cylinder, such as feature cylinder dangerous point’s resulting stress, safety date. Again, SolidWorks was adopted for building holder’s three-dimensional mechanical model. Meanwhile, on this basis, Simulation was used for fern simulative analysis, feature cylinder was loaded according to MT313standard, Simulation support column under different working load, According to the situation of stress distribution and displacement in different parts, dangerous areas of telescopic prop and its parts and unsubstantial rigidity position in mechanism structure was found, thus, Hydraulic support structure was optimized. Finally, the column performance parameters in full compliance conform to actual working conditions through the test. Through the above research, Accumulated experience of hydraulic support design of large diameter double telescopic prop, Plays an important role in promoting the development of application of large mining height hydraulic support.
