Research On Technology And Equipment Optimization Of Steel Ball Grinding

This subject is based on the science and technology cooperation project of our college and steel ball factory, it puts the main emphasis on the research on first ball grinding technology which is used to remove the defect after cold upsetting, then, improve the related technology and equipment.Based on the kinds of defects caused by intrinsic ball grinding machine, this paper firstly did the theory research, by the research on fundamental of grinding ball, it found and analyzed the key factor that cause such defects, and then, this paper modeled these factors to have the rational solution about grinding ball. Then, by on-site inspection and geodesy-cartography, we got the related technical data of the existing machine, by the use of this data, we can validate, improve and specifically design this Improvement program.On phase of processing technology, by doing enough investigation about existed technology and research on related information at home and abroad, this paper built a new model about ball grinding on new point of view. Based on this model, we got the grinding force expressing of steel ball grinding, then, found the key factor of low efficient and low precision. By the use of analysis software, we simulated the relationship between these factors and grinding efficiency and accuracy. At last, this paper propound a new technology named"Damping plate ball grinding technology", and this technology could solve the problem that caused by the existed technology. It will also provide new ideas about technological improvements of steel ball grinding.On phase of processing equipment, this subject aims at kinds of technology defects that manufacturer bring forward, designed new ball grinding machine that can fulfill the requires such as"Energy saving","Emission reduction", and"Clean production". This machine use new mechanic feeding system, and fix the damping plate system in the feeding agencies. After local transformation and parameter adjustment, this system can also be used to second grinding ball.The research on ball grinding technology and device will impact the traditional ball grinding technology. After reality practice and technology improvement, it can realize automatic control and production line in steel ball manufacture. So, it can be wildly used in real steel ball manufacture, and it also has a good prospect of market applying.
