The industry of sugar refined by beet excludes sewage seriously. sewage includes suspended substance,COD,BOD5, salinity etc., which contamination index is above 1, and compositive contamination index is 23.3. It is organic contamination which is innoxious but bad to soil. It is recycled to product yeast protein, but the removal rate of CODcr is 50 %~60%, therefore second liquid waste must be disposed to discharge standard.The food research institute analyzed fermented liquor condensate and detection results show fermented liquor is additive in rumination feed. Valuable components would be extracted difficultly , so fermented liquor is contact absorpted by active carrier to dry as feed, and which also has the high nutritive value as feed, this technology realizes waste resource transformation.The experimental equipment is fluidized bed which diameter is (?)100mm, experimental material is corn bran which adsorbs fermented liquor in different quality percentage. Fluidization characteristics of materials in different mixing ratio are studied. The materials are viscous, with fermented liquor quality percentage increasing, fluidization decreases. Fluidized effect is strengthened by adding inert particles, as a result drying efficiency is improved and productive energy is decreased.Drying characteristics of different adsorption carries contacting adsorption fermented liquor are researched, the adsorption carries selected almost are porous medias, which have different porosities ratio, internal structure and adsorption surface, influence drying rate in different.The mixture cohesion of corn bran and fermented liquor is increased and fluidized effect reduced with percentage of fermented liquor increasing. Agglomerated small particle size of l-3mm appeared. Mixing materials slug, when mixing ratio increases to 0.8.Drying rate of mixture is increased with temperature increasing. At the same time drying curves show that drying rate is similar in 80-90℃and 90-100℃. Under the same air volume, 80-90℃is selected as the drying temperature for the feed producted.Silica gel, a inert particles, is added as binary mixture, fluidization of silica gel crushes particles agglomerated and increases voidage simultaneously, realizes steady fluidization. Inert particles enhance fluidization, increase contact areas of hot-air and mixture material and drying rate.
