Application Of Low Temperature Soaping Technology For Reactive Dyeing In Low Liquor Ratio

Reactive dyeing process needs lot of water and energy, especially the washing process.Withlarger amount of water was being used, the amount of waste water increased, this will not onlypollut the environment but also increase the burden of the factory. Low liquor ratio dyeing isbased on the traditional dyeing process, which can save water with the improve of dyeing processand equipment.Traditional reactive dyes soaping needs a high temperature treatment about95℃, and washedmany times. ReactEVO series is a new soaping agent of reactive dyes, its greatest feature iswashed with fewer times，treatment temperature no more than50℃,which has the advantage ofsaving energy and water, and can significantly shorten the processing time, improve productionefficiency.This research used the ReactEVO products during reactive dyeing washing process, andstudied the washing process with different liquor ratio. This research also studied thedyeing process with EVERZOL series and AGRAZOL series reactive dyes and optimized thedyeing process by orthogonal test. The industrialized sample test has been carried out onthe basis of laboratory research. The advantages of low liquor ratio dyeing withReactEVO soaping process been evaluated by the account of water-saving,energy-saving,and time-saving.During this research, K/S values,dyeing levelness and the color fastness of dyed fabrics beenevaluated of different conditions.The results showed that with the liquor ratio of1:40and1:10,ReactEVO washing process is: WBS (1g/L)50℃10minâ†'PHR (1g/L)50℃10minâ†'TWE (2g/L)+PHR (1-1.5g/L, pH=3). When liquor ratio reduced to1:6, one more timewater wash with50℃10min should be added before the TWE.Low liquor ratio dyeing dyeingprocess is: Na2SO450g/L, Na2CO315g/L, reactive turquoise blue low liquor ratio dyeingtemperature is60℃, fixing temperature is80℃. Industrial test showed: EVO washing processresulting fabric higher K/S values than conventional fabric with conventional washing process,color fastness meet the requirements of wearing; compared with the conventional process, EVO washing process can save steam about50%, save water37.5%, saving time about30%, savingelectricity about30%, reduce sewage37.5%, EVO washing process have characteristics ofenergy saving.
