The ecological effect geochemical assessment of heavy metal elements is an important part of the regional ecological geochemical assessment. The virulent heavy metal is one of important pollutant,it can cause the enormous harm through the food chain to the ecosystem and the human body health. Therefore, Appraises the ecological effect which the heavy metal element produces to have the vital significance.In this study, we consulted the massive Chinese and English literature;used the data of multi-target regional geochemical survey;through the systematic sampling of root soil,the wheat,mealie, analysis the total content, various forms,pH and TOC of soil,as well as the total content of wheat and mealie. We discussed the pollution condition and validity of heavy metal in research areas,And the ecological effect which produces to the heavy metal element has carried on the ecology geochemistry appraisal,the results can provide the scientific basis for local environment government and agricultural distribution and so on. The paper mainly obtains the following conclusion and the understanding:1,The content of heavy metals of the deepsoils can roughly represent its original background level. However, the concentration of heavy metals in the topsoil are higher than that of the deepsoil, especially for the content of Hg,Cd.2,The total content of heavy metals in the soil can only represent the content of the heavy metal itself, while the available content determins the potential ecological danger of the heavy metals; The effectiveness of heavy metals are impacted by its total content,PH,TOC and so forth; there are some high concentration area of available content, which are mainly distributed in the sorrounding of city,the river flowed area ,as well as the coastal city of Eastern Hebei,And the highest available content elements occurs in Hg,Cd.3,The assessment of the security of crops show that the relativity between the heavy metal content in the wheat and corn,etc. and that of the soil is not obviously,but has certain relativity with their effective form,PH and TOC. The heavy metal absorbtion of wheat and corn have greatly difference. The estimation of the heavy metal in the wheat and corn indicates that their pollution level is so low that they can all reach the standard of green food or the standard of food security,or only 5% of the corn fruit contain exceed Ni content. The heavy metal content distribution map of seed reality of crops in the research area indicated there are good tallies the nature between the heavy metal high content region in the seed reality and in the soil.4,Human intake heavy metal total quantity risk assessment in the research area indicated that the total heavy metal absorbed by the adults are less than that of the suggestion by FAO/WHO.The pollution of soil has an effect of hidden danger and hysteretic nature, so we must put enough attention on the ecological effection brought by the content of heavy metals. So we can make scientific forecasting and early-warning,as well as conduct dynamic monitoring,so as to assure the quality of the agricultral products and the health of people.
