The study of this paper is making the dynamic model for HDPE. Based on the establishment of thermodynamic model and dynamic model for HDPE process, the mathematical simulation test is carried out. Through optimizing reaction recipe and analyzing the factors that affect the polymerization reaction recipe and analyzing the factors that affect the polymerization reaction, and simulate some important information of the polymer such as molecular weight, the melt index and the ratio of the transform. That lays the foundation for optimum operation and control.Based on the analysis in the systems of polymerization reactor, we finally define it as total mixed reactor. Two methods are adopted for describing polymerization dynamics. They are function formation method and chain analyzing method. By contrasting the two methods, we decide to choose the chain analyzing method.By making this model, we can see the chain analyzing method is considered to be a simple and suitable method as it can show authentically the dynamic characteristics of polymerization process. It lays foundation for realizing completed process emulation or simulation. By adding the software measuring method, we bring the convenient for the production and help for searching for the impact factor to polymerization process.Developing a mathematic model can be an important method to improve industrial Processes. Meanwhile, based on the study and establishment of dynamic model for chemical reaction as well as mathematical simulation, optimum control for polymerization is fulfilled. It also provides theoretical basis and finds practical application in management and improvement on actual production. In addition, it plays a positive and important role for advanced study.
