Research On The Design Of Textile Machinery Equipment Modeling Chain

This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the equipment modeling design of domestic textile machine enterprises,such as neglecting the overall modeling design of complete set of textile machine equipment of production line and the lack of common features in the modeling design of complete set of textile machine equipment.Comprehensive application of"technical system"theory,formal beauty principle,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to realize the common expression of enterprise product image and improve the overall image,this topic provides a new perspective and a new way—"modeling chain".The project integrates the concept of"modeling chain"into the project of"modeling design research on key equipment of spunlaced nonwovens production line"of Hi-Tech heavy industry co.,LTD.Through in-depth analysis and investigation of the key equipment of the production line,and in-depth communication with the technical staff of the factory,the final design of the cotton feeder,mixing machine,weighing feeder and the overall image of the production line,effectively improve the product image and aesthetic.The"modeling chain"is reflected in the design process of the actual project and the presentation of the final product.Taking the technical system model as the framework can improve the communication efficiency between the target object of cognitive efficiency and the designer as well as the engineering and technical personnel.Systematic analysis of the design elements and problems existing in the design process can improve the standardization of the design process.And,when designing the production line equipment for each process flow,an element chain shall be formed between individual equipment modeling elements,a link chain shall be formed between individuals and individual equipment modeling elements,and a system chain shall be formed for the overall image of the production line.Order and unity of the visual effects of the whole production line can be realized,which provides strong evidence for the practicality of the concept of"modeling chain".
