In recent years the quantity and magnitude of livestock production have developed rapidly. Planty of animal products such as meet, egg and milk are supplied by animal husbandries production, while the quantity of animal stale is increasing at a great scale and accumulated around livestock farms and village. So the animals waste pollute the farms and village environment severely. The rate of animal waste production exceeds the rate of natural degradation, which brings great pressure to the environment.Anaerobic fermentation technology of predominance of energy, ecology and environ- ment protection. So it is used in animal dejectas treating widely. Based on the home and overseas disposal technology of the livestock dejectas, combined with the present condition and the development trend. The anaerobic fermentation technology in thermo- philic temperature is one of the most promising new technology. After analysing the anaerobic fermentation theory comprehensively, this paper focuses on some aspects as followed.1.The effects of temperature on anaerobic fermentation. The biogas yield is largest at the thermophilic fermentation, then is the mesophilic fermentation.2.Inoculation and inoculation concentration added have strong influence on anaerobic fermentation, especially dry fermentation. Results showed that the more the inoculation concentration added, the more total biogas produced, the total biogas yield reached 11587mL,11916mL,13060mL,14122mL;but the biogas yield rate of unit COD is 0.544L·g-1COD,0.502L·g-1COD,0.488L·g-1COD,0.509L·g-1COD in contrast;the removal rate of TS and VS is 21.32%,24.16%,20.99%,19.57% and 28.99%,31.1%,30.15%,27.64% respectively.3.An orthogonal experiment program was carried out,to determine the effect of inoculation concentration,C/N ratio, agitation on total biogas yield. The statistic showed that:the C/N ratio effect the total biogas yield the most, followed by inoculation concentration and then agitation。The best anaerobic fermentation result is A3B3C2 under that condition.4.The anaerobic fermentation process for Ox manuer have been performed with the TS range from 10% to 20%,the C/N value from 20:1 to 30:1,the inoculation concentration from 10% to 50%(weight proportion). The design of quadratic rotation-orthogonality experiment was carried out for the simulated tests. The mathe- matical model explains the relationship between the above three factors and biogas yield. The main factors of the effect on biogas yield sequence is: TS>the C/N value >the inoculation concentration.
