Phase-Change Materials Microencapsule (microPCMcs) was prepared by in-situ polymerization using melamine-formaldehyde resin as the shell and n-Octadecane as the core. The characterization of the microcapsules, including the particle size distribution, morphology, thermal properties, and stability, was systematically analysed by SEM, DSC, DTA/TG.Phase-Change Materials Microencapsule mainly was used in adhesive coating finishing and the melt of spinning poly butylene succinate (PBS). Experiments using padding method and dry method direct coating method for coating finishing cotton fabrics, mixed microPCMs and PBS sections were prepared by melt spinning blend phase change thermostat fibers. Using SEM, and DSC on the preparation of coated fabrics and phase transition temperature regulation fiber surface morphology and thermal properties studied. The results show that: In situ polymerization, in order to perfluorinated nonene oxy benzene sulfonate (OBS) as the emulsifier prepared microencapsulated phase change material than the smooth surface of the particle size segment more focused, with an average diameter of 3.2μm, microencapsulated phase change materials, thermal enthalpy value 133.37J/g; homemade microencapsulated phase change materials can be blended with the PBS slices melt spinning fibers made of phase-change thermostat with a thermo-regulated functions. Directly coated with the second dry coated fabric obtained in 29.72℃with 5.76J / g the melting enthalpy of phase transition.
