There is higher demand for precision sheet metal forming as the development of digital technology. One of the key technologies of precision sheet metal forming is the compensation of bend spring-back. The rubber forming is a main ways of aircraft Sheet metal forming. It is an important thing now to build good rubber forming system based spring-back.It is deeply researched for the spring-back in rubber forming. The cause of spring-back, the factors of influencing on spring-back, the method to control spring-back are analyzed. Based on the theory to build process mould of aircraft sheet metal piece, the mathematics model used amending spring-back for process digital model is built. The method and procedure to build process digital model are got and applying to the son system to build process digital model.Based on the structure characteristic of rubber forming die, the method and procedure of handworked designing die are analyzed. The rubber forming dies are assorted. I put forward the die fast design thinking . All kinds of fast design methods are brought forward to adapt different die parts. All of these design methods contribute to die fast design and are applied to son design system.The future development technology of CATIA is deeply studied.
