Recentaly, with the developing of the hydrothermal technique, many polyoxometalateswhich have novel structures and specific functions have been hydrothemally synthesized. Inthis thesis, we hydrothermally synthesized new polyoxometalates compounds based onStrandberg-type polyoxoanion clusters, which are decorated or bridged by copper ormanganese compounds. And we also studied the synthetic conditions and rules for these newcompounds and the relationships between the reactional condition and structures.In this thesis, four different polyoxometalates were hydrothermally synthesized andcharacterized by IR, single crystal X-ray diffractions, and the structure of these compoundswere analysised by the software of SHELXL-97.1 .Two mono-metal-organic compounds supported on Strandberg-typepolyoxometalates :Na3[(Cu(4,4'-bpy))1.5(P2Mo5O23)]·4H2O(1) Tricilinic, Space group: P-1,Crystal data: a=1 1.474(2)(?), b=13.905(3)(?), c=16.171(3)(?),α=84.97(3)°,β=89.74(3)°,γ=67.12(3)°,V=2366.6(8)(?).[4,4'-H2bpy]2[{Cu(4,4'-bpy)2}P2Mo5O23]·4H2O (2) Tricilinic, Space group: P-1, Crystal data:a=11.148(2)(?), b=11.156(2)(?), c=24.566(5)(?),α=96.82(3)°,β=101.93(3)°,γ=105.55(3)°,V=2830.0(10)(?).2.One di-metal-organic compounds supported on Strandberg-type polyoxometalates :Na[Hbpy][Mn(bpy)]2[P2Mo5O23]·3H2O (3) Monoclinic, Space group: P2(1), Crystal data:a=25.693(5)(?), b=15.386(3)(?), c=16.497(3)(?),β=122.14(3)°, V=5521.9(19)(?).3.One tri-metal-organic compounds supported on Strandberg-type polyoxometalates:[Cu(2,2'-bpy)]3[P2Mo5O23]·3H2O (4) Monoclinic, Space group: P2(1), Crystal data:a=8.9527(18)(?), b=13.826(3)(?), c=18.310(4)(?),β=96.20(3)°, V=2253.2(8)(?)...
