Nowadays,PC-NC system architecture mainly uses PC as a software and hardware platform,connecting control card in its standard bus to achieve hard real-time control tasks.The thesis is the research on RTX-based PC-NC softw- are. It directly achieves a strong real-time tasks through the software algori- thms on the hardware structure of the generic PC and develop a universal NC system software without any control card. The research is carried out on the base of deep analysis of domestic and foreign research status.First,the thesis starts from the work requirements of NC system and makes an anlysis of the NC system real-time requirements of system platform,then makes a research and analysis on the basic structure of the RTX real-time extension of the Windows XP system and application methods of real-time component technology in NC software development.Second,it uses VC++6.0 as an integrated development environment and gives an overall research of RTX-based PC-NC software,establishes the system structure of RTX-based NC software, plans information flow between the modules and threads task scheduling,defines the data interface between the modules, establishes hardware structure through parallel port input and output control signal.Then,it developes a based-RTX prototype PC-NC software,with a visual man-machine interface,achieves a real-time interpolation calculations by data sampling method,smoothes the speed by using a straight- line acceleration and deceleration,and introduces the Look-Ahead idea to deal with the speed of pro- gram segment intersection point.It also discusses the position control algorithm and achieves the position control by using digital integral interpolation idea.Finally,it carries out the experimental research and analysis on the estab- lished the experimental setup with the developed software.It achieves the who- le software control process,and gets the actual control situation. According to the experimental results,it analyzes the control speed and control accuracy.
