Heavy metal and Fluorine contamination in soil is a major problem for the environmental qulity of the world,and it became increasingly serious in china with the development of industry and agriculture, Specially in heavy metal mining area peripheral locality. The accessment and remediation on the compound pollution soil of Cu, Cd and F in Major Copper Smelting Base in Guixi city of Jiangxi Province ; And the reacearch on the remediation of paddy soil with heavy metals and fluorine, the new material nanometer hydroxyl apatite, the charcoal, the bamboo coal, the apatite, the lime and the pig excrement and so on 6 kind of modifiers was added to the polluted soil laundering physics processe.The main results are given as following:1. Because of the sewerage irrigation and the leakage of waste tilling ,the paddy soil in Jiu-Niugang village was severely contaminated with heavy metals and fluorine ,the concentrations of Cu,Cd in 0~20cm soil depth exceeded the background value by10.96~25.11 times of 2.28~8.05 times, according to the environment quality standard for agrichltural soils (Cu:50mg/kg, Cd:0.3 mg/kg in GB 15618-1995), figure rate of Cu and Cd is 100% and 93%; The soil pH value and the comparison compared also drops 0.17~1.08 unit.This investigation area farmland belongs to the specific serious pollution according to the Synthesizes the pollution index.2.The soil pH value was increased by application of the nanometer hydroxyl apatite and so on 6 kind of modifiers and after laundering processing in the paddy rice tillering stage, the earing period and the mature period.The soil pH value has the varying degree increase, after also assumes the tendency which increases -reduces-increases.The different processing soil pH value order is: Lime > pig excrement > phosphorus lime > bamboo carbon > charcoal > nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime > laundering >CK.Among them, the tillering stage is biggest by the lime treatment increased range, increased 0.89 unit, the pig excrement equally increased 0.51 unit, the phosphorus lime increased 0.44 unit, the nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime increased 0.18 unit, the charcoal and the bamboo carbon increases 0.30 and 0.35 unit separately. 3.The application of the nanometer hydroxyl apatite and so on 6 kind of modifiers obviously reduced the concentrations of exchange condition Cu, Cd and the water-soluble condition F in the compound pollution soil .and the dynamic of he concentrations of exchange condition Cu, Cd and the water-soluble condition F has changed in paddy rice entire period of duration.The modifier increase while reduces soil heavy metal Cu, the Cd exchange condition and F water-soluble condition and exchange condition content, also in the varying degree increases the carbonate union condition, the ferro-maganese oxidation state, the organic synthesis condition and the residual condition proportion, thus reduced soil heavy metal Cu, the Cd ecology toxicity.4.The application of amendments reduced the toxicity of excessive Cu, Cd and F contents to rice,promoted rice gowth ,increased the root biomass and yield of rice straw in the paddy rice tillering stage, the earing period and the mature period growth.and its different processing paddy rice stem leaf and radical growths quantity size order for lime > phosphorus lime > pig excrement > laundering > charcoal > bamboo carbon > nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime >CK.5.The application of amendments reduced the concentration of Cu, Cd and the F in the grain,the straw and the root of rice,and the drop scope also has achieved the remarkable level. After the six modifiers and the laundering processing, the concentration of Cu, Cd and the F in the grain,the straw and the root of rice content size order respectively are: CK> bamboo carbon > nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime > laundering > charcoal > apatite > pig excrement > lime, CK> laundering > charcoal > bamboo carbon > apatite > pig excrement > nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime > lime and CK> bamboo carbon > laundering > charcoal > pig excrement > apatite > nanometer hydroxyl phosphorus lime > lime.6.Cu,Zn,F absorbed by leaf and stem of rice was Dynamic under all of rice growing stage. From tillering stage to heading stage, the contents of Cu,Zn,F in leaf and stem of rice increased consistent with the growing of rice, to mature stage, the contents of Cu,Zn,F in leaf and stem of rice decreased consistent with the biomass of rice. So, the soil contaminated by Cu,Zn,F should be remediated all of rice growing stage.7.The application of amendments increased soil pH and decrease the concentrations of available Cu,Cd,F in soil and decrease the concentrations of Cu,Cd,F in rice. Relevance analysis showed that soil pH was significantly negatively correlative with the concentrations of available Cu,Cd,F; the contents of Cu in rice was significantly correlative with the concentrations of available Cu in soil; the contents of Cd in the straw and grain of rice was significantly positively correlative with the concentrations of available Cd in soil except for root; the contents of F in the straw and root of rice was significantly positively correlative with the concentrations of available Cd in soil except for grain.8.The research discovered that the nanometer hydroxyl apatite,the lime,the charcoal are the most ecnomical,the environmental protection and the effect most ideal modifie for remediating the soil with heavy metal and the fluorine contaminated in 6 kind of modifiers.
