Nowadays, heavy metal pollution is one of the most of problem of the whole world pollutions. In China, heavy metal pollution is also one of the most serious environmental problems and a large number of people are threatened by heavy metal pollution. And the serious pollution problem is becoming more and more attentions by people. It normal uses methods of physical, chemical, bioremediation, phytoremediation and the joint use of two or more methods mentioned. This research use to amendments of sepiolite(S), zeolite(Z), and mixture amendments (sepiolite+zeolite, M) for manganese mine area soil, studies the changes of heavy metals forms in the soil, and remediation efficiency, accumulation and effects of antioxidant enzymes system with Mn-hyperaccumulation plants Polygonum Pubescens Blume. This research use to organic acids of EDTA, oxalic acid(OA), citric acid (CA) and EGTA leaching manganese mine area soil. That effect of the different times and different concentrations of organic acid release heavy metals in soil, and change of heavy metals forms in the soil with25h leaching. That EDTA, EGTA and OA influemce remediation efficiency, accumulation and antioxidant enzymes system with Mn-hyperaccumulation plants P. Pubescens B1.. The resualts showed that:1Adding mineral amendments, effect of less Mn(-0.58%-0.75%)、Cd(-0.48%-0.83%)、 Cr(-0.02%-0.09%) and Cu(-0.72%-2.41%) in the soil storage form, and they increase the B1of Ca and Mg in manganese ore soil. The P. Pubescens B1. decreased B1of Mn, Cd, Cr and Cu in manganese mine area soil.2Amendments added, increased (heavy) metals acuumulations of P. Pubescens B1. of ground parts of Ca, Mg, Cd, Cr and Mn; but accumulated smaller influence on the accumulation of Cu and Zn; Promoted plant height and root length, but inhibit biomass of P. Pubescens B1., That contents of damage index of H2O2and MDA increased; and increase the SOD, POD and CAT activities, inhibit APX activities and reduce contents of GSH, PCs,-SH, free proline, soluble protein and of P. Pubescens B1..3That Organic acids on the manganese mine area the release of (heavy) metal in the soil are best when concentration organic acid as10mM; Effect of (heavy) metal of manganese mine area soil of the best release on EDTA:Mn>Ca>Mg>Cd>Cu>Cr. Effect of (heavy) metal of manganese ore area soil of the best release release on EGTA, CA and OA:Mn>Ca>Mg>Cu>Cd>Cr. Effect of the best release Mn in the soil:EDTA>CA>OA>EGTA.4After Organic acids of EDTA, EGTA, CA and OA conduct manganese mine area soil of25h, organic acids decrease B3and increase B4of Mg; increase B1and decline B3of Mn; and increase B1of Cd in soil.5Adding organic acids (EDTA, EGTA and OA) make to activation of soil heavy metals in the form of manganese mine area, and they promote the Mn-hyperaccumulator P. Pubescens Bl. of Mn, Cd and Cr uptake and accumulation, but Zn and Cu absorption and accumulation don’t obvious rise. Adding organic acids have effect on P. Pubescens Bl. leaves of physiological and the biomass. That additional EDTA reduce the content of MDA, and CAT, POD activities increase that initiate the protection system. Additional EGTA promote CAT activities in P. Pubescens B1. leaves; OA treatment resulted in O2-accumulation increased, and a variety of antioxidant enzymes substances were mixed, and achieve clear results.6After cultivation P. Pubescens B1., adding organic acids (EDTA, EGTA and OA) make to reduce B1of Mg and Mn of manganese ore soil; they rise B1and decrease B4of Cd of manganese ore soil; they reduce B1, B2and B3, increase B4of Cr of manganese ore soil; and improve B1and B4of Cu of manganese ore soil.
