In the production and operation, rod strings are essential instrument that they are the main bearing components and power transmission components in production and production on oil wells. In the production proces, the rod string has been bending deformation under complex load in the underground. It has affected seriously the smooth progress of underground work, the life cycle of rod string and pump. So it is important theoretical and practical significance to research bending deformation, contact status and exposure to stress of rod string in well. This paper carried out the following tasks:(1)Simulation the well track in accordance with inclinometry data, calculate three-dimensional coordinate figure of any location in wells eyes. through analysis the geometry deformation and mechanics of rod strings in three-dimensional bending wellbore, set up an mechanical analysis model of pumping any combination of motor-pumped wells sucker rod, and fracturing acidizing string mechanics model;(2)Using finite element software ANSYS 11.0 analyzed contact stress and deformation state of packer string closure when sitting rubber with the sets of wall;(3)Set up the mixed finite element model of the production string space beam element with two-way spring element, simulating the status contact stress of rod and tube, oil sets of contacts, and deformation of rod string based on the above-mentioned model for mechanical analysis of operating rod with space beam element;(4)Using Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the software "Mechanics of production and operation tubular in oil-water", the application of the software not only to simulate contact area and contact stress of rod tube in actual pumping wells, analysis of the radial coupling size, the gap between centralizer and the tube to affect the law of rod bending deformation; but also simulate and analysiz the fracturing of acidizing string at tripping operation and the law of bending deformation, oil sets contact area and contact stress in the process of acidification in actual wells.
