Sucker rod oil pumping is the main method of crude oil production in the world.The equipments of sucker rod oil pumping system are vitally important in the whole production of crude oil. And the loss, caused by the fault of sucker rod oil pump equipment, especially those equipments in the deep well, is extremely huge. So research of monitoring and conditions diagnosis system in pumping well is particularly important for oil field that produce safely, reduce accident and improve economic efficiency. This paper researches monitoring and conditions diagnosis system of sucker rod pumping well and the key techniques of the system, which includes the remote monitoring in pumping well, data acquisition, data processing and conditions diagnosis and so on.In accordance with dynamical principle and condition characteristic of sucker-rod pumping system in directional well, the coupled vibration system composed of the pump rod, pump, oil tube and oil column have been researched. The mathematical model of down hole pumping conditions diagnosis in directional well has been created, which has been solved by the finite difference method.Software of the conditions diagnosis for sucke-rod pumping system in directional well has been completed. Which can be used to quantitatively analyse conditions diagnosis of sucker-rod pumping system, and analyse stress of sucker-rod string, thus the situations of down hole pumping can be fully grasped, the problems can be discovered in time and blindness of remedial operation can be avoided.This paper combine the SQL database with software of monitoring and conditions diagnosis for the pumping well, the well's data can be collected and stored through the SQL. This system collects data from the oil well by RTU, and transmits the data to central monitoring station by GPRS. The central monitoring station applies the software to diagnose the pump conditions and sets up remote access server, authorized users are allowed to monitor conditions of pumping well in real time through Virtual Private Network. Filtering technique is applied for the first time to monitoring and conditions diagnosis system of pumping well. The diagnosis technology can filtrate displacement data, then optimize the polished dynamometer diagram, reduce errors, compute pump dynamometer diagram with high quality. Thereby it can improve the accuracy of conditions diagnosis for the pump.Software of monitioring and conditons diagnosis for pumping well has been used to test several oil wells in DaGang oil field. Down hole conditions diagnosed by the software are identical with the actual situations of production, which demonstrates that the monitoring and conditions diagnosis technology for the pumping well is dependable and practical.
