The pretreatment of wool fabric digital printing and the sizing formula was studied in this paper. The optimum sizing formula was determined by measuring the effect of the amount of alginate,hydrogen sodium sulphite, urea, ammonium sulfate, thiourea dioxide, sodium bicarbonate, and penetrating agent on K/S values of ink jet printed wool fabrics. The optimum low press and normal press plasma treatment was obtained by orthogonal experiments of plasma power, time, pressure and single factor experiments of power and time. The dosages of hydrogen peroxide and enzyme treat time, temperature and pH value was optimized. Finally, through the whiteness of fabric,strength,and K / S value of the evaluation index, determine the best treatment process for wool fabric, and the best for the product development process.Results show that the optimized alkaline sizing formula is alginate2%, urea7%, sodium sulfate1%, thiourea dioxide 0.35%, sodium bicarbonate 0.23%, penetrating agent1%; the optimized acid sizing composed alginate2%, urea7%,hydrogen sodium sulphite5%,ammonium sulfate3%,penetrating agent1%,pH value was adjusted to 4~5;the best pretreatment condition of low press plasma is 300W of power,30Pa of press,7min of time and the normal press plasma is 5KW of power ,9.3s of time. The available pretreatment of enzyme includes hydrogen peroxide pretreatment and enzyme treatment, their optimized prescription is respectively the amount of hydrogen peroxide(30%)30mL/L,sodium silicate5 g/L,50℃,30min,and the amount if enzyme 1.0g/L(owf), 50℃,30min,pH =8.0.
