In this paper, we use emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) which using kerosene as oil phase and Span-85 as surfactant absorption of simulated exhaust gas of acetic ether. Investigated simulated exhaust gas concentration, temperature, emulsion, surfactant concentration and oil-water ratio on the absorption efficiency. Good emulsion stability of the filter to absorb the level of efficient combinations of parameters. To further study the ethyl acetate in the emulsion of the mass transfer situation, Stirring device by using a dual-drive ethyl acetate in the gas-liquid mass transfer was researched using a dual-drive device. In this experiment, temperature, surfactant concentration and liquid-phase stirring speed were investigated as affecting factors. The final experiment was study demulsification of the emulsion liquid membrane which be used in the previous experiments. We use ultrasound demulsification method and electric demulsification method, and compare the demulsification rate of these two methods. In the experiments of ultrasound demulsification, temperature and time were investigated as affecting factors. And in the experiments of electric demulsification, voltage, time and adding electrolyte were investigated as affecting factors.
