This thesis investigated the technology of extraction of seabuckthorn fruit oil(SFO) from seabuckthorn pulp(SBTP) by compound enzymes composed of cellulose and pectinase, the technologies of degumming, adsorption and deodorization were investigated too.The compostion and basic characters of SBTP were measured, the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, enzyme dosage and the mass ratio of cellulose/pectinase were studied through single factor and response surface optimization experiment. The results showed that the most optimum coditions were as follows: enzyme dosage was 0.26 g/L, reaction temperature was 55.3℃, reaction time was 4.2h, the mass ratio of cellulose to pectinase was 1.6. The oil yield could reach 81.05%.Next, we investigated the technology of the SBTP which had treated by enzymatic through aqueous method, the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of material to water were studied through single factor and response surface optimization experiment. The most optimum coditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 70.2℃, reaction time was 1.98h and the ratio of material to water was 1.06. The oil yield could reach 90.56%.To degum the SFO extracted by enzymatic and aqueous method, we chose aqueous method to skim the phospholipid in the SFO, and optimized the degumming technology through single factor and orthogonal experiments; the most optimum coditions were as follows: water content was 8ml/100g; the degumming temperature was 70℃and the degumming time was 50 minutes. The content of phospholipid decreased to 23.82 mg/kg.To eliminate the arsenic in the SFO obtained after degumming. We optimized the adsorping technology through single factor and orthogonal experiments; the most optimum coditions were as follows: the adsorption time was 40 min, temperature was 85℃and attapulgite dose was 7g/L. The arsenic content could decrease to 0.067 mg/kg,VE content was 354.4mg/100g.Finally, to deodorize the SFO obtained after adsorping, we optimized the deodorizing technology through single factor and orthogonal experiments; the most optimum coditions were as follows: the deodorizing temperature was 240℃, deodorizing time was 0.5h, pressure was 2kPa. Under the conditions the acid value was 8.3 mgKOH /g, peroxide value was 3.1.
