Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA) is an ultrasenstive analytical method, instead of radioimmunoassay,which developed in 80s of the 20th century.It has been widely used in diagnostics and clinical analyses,iatrology,life sciences.It had becomed a very promising analytical tools.There exist two directions:DELFIA and DSLFIA in the field of TRFIA research.High sensitivity can be obtained with DELFIA,but it is named by using enhanced-solution when measuring.So the operation is limited to.DSLFIA is widely concerned because of operating conveniently and very good development prospects.In this dissertation,there was a big paragraph discussed the synthesis of 4,4'-Dibromo -6,6'-bis(N,N-bis(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)amino methyl)-2,2'-bipyridine,which applied to solid-phase time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay.We studied the reacted temperature,reacted time,quomodo of adding material,propirtion of material,and improved the method of synthesis,and enhanced the yield.The structure of every product was determined by DSC,IR,H-NMR,HPLC and HRMS.The result proved the reliability of the synthetic method and the correctness of the product.Developed for the time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay, provide the basic guarantee.
