In order to meet the great need of providing extremely thin and wide-strip aluminum foil products, based on the existing precision and strip-shape controllable characteristics, modern aluminum foil develop to be of smaller roll diameter, wider roll body and higher working speed. The typical kind of mills is 2200 aluminum foil mills introduced from British DAVY Corporation in the middle of 1990's. However, from its pilot to now, the mill has to run at lower speed, there are frequent occurrences of the shortened longevity and burning damage accidents of work roll thrust bearing of 2200 aluminum foil mill. The result is dozens of millions of economic losses every year and hard ship of production. The main reason for the occurrence of such incidents is the mill axial force is too large and unusual fluctuations.In order to study the reasons for fluctuations in mill axial force, axial force designed in this paper online testing experiment, the experimental data obtained for analysis and processing. According to the characteristics of aluminum foil 4-roller mill will be divided into three stages of axial force to study, namely, the various stages of axial force fluctuation characteristics, and then the various stages of axial force fluctuation characteristics of comparative study to find out the laws .Axial force generated by the fundamental reason is that the rolling process, the work roller and roller bearing axis is not a straight line, result in the speed of roller and roller bearing there is cross angle, resulting in an axial force. According to the axial force fluctuation characteristics, combined with co-axial force generated principles, concluded that the value of axial force and the amplitude of the decision by the rolling speed.Based on the 2200 four-high mills aluminum foil vibration characteristics, combined with axial force fluctuation characteristics, pointing out that the vibration of bearing axial force fluctuations leading to the root. Finally, in the ANSYS environment, bearing right to conduct dynamic analysis, the results further proof of the correctness of conclusions.
