Study On The Urban Air Quality Assessment And Pollution Characteristics In Jinan City

In recent years, the overall atmospheric quality of China was improved, but there were still some regional deterioration. Atmospheric environment, especially of urban regions, has been drawing comprehensive attention, which made improving atmospheric quality one of the major tasks to prevent atmospheric pollution. And the very first job is investigating and analyzing source of these pollutants and their pollution characteristics.Along with the acceleration of urbanization process, the degree of atmosphere pollution has been gradually aggravating in Jinan city, it has become the general concerns of public and the urgent issue. Because the urban atmosphere pollution characterized by the various elements involved and influenced with the various factors, which has increased the difficulties in the atmosphere pollution management. Based on the atmosphere detection data of Jinan urban district, this article analyzes such characteristics as regional distribution, seasonal distribution and yearly changes of the urban air pollutant, and clarifies primary reasons for urban air pollution. The important pollutants of atmospheric environment are inspirable particle, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide, which inspirable particle is the primary contamination of Jinan and it is more serious than the pollution caused by sulfur dioxide. With the social development and the increasing car ownership, the urban air pollution is changing from smoke pollution to smoke and tail gas of motor vehicle pollution.Finally, the article puts its forward its countermeasures for control from such aspects as industry development, industry layout, energy resources structure, project father, tail gas control, foundation establishment, enforcement of law for environment, investment of environment and propaganda and education.
