Cleaner production is to take design improvement continuously, use clean energy and raw materials, adopt advanced technology and equipment, improvement of management and comprehensive utilization and other measures to reduce pollution at source, enhance the utilization efficiency of resource, reduce or avoid production, services and products used in the process of pollutants and discharge, in order to reduce or eliminate the health of human beings and the environment.Carbachol is a synthesis of choline medicine, which can directly act on pupil sphincter of shrinkage effect produced instantly, at the same time, with the pupil anticholinergic effects, which can maintain a long time shrinks and prevent the increased intraocular pressure after pupil artificial lens implantation, cataract extraction ophthalmological surgery.The existing production line of carbachol need phosgene for acyl chlorination reaction. Phosgene cause strong corrosive after treating in water, which is a strong stimulation, suffocate gas, inhalation phosgene cause pulmonary edema, pneumonia, etc, which could cause death. Escape, emiting, drip, leak or accidental leakage of phosgene can cause injury of personnel, and brought serious pollution of environment in the production process. This thesis in full access to the domestic existing carbachol synthesis process and cleaning technology, based on the company's existing reference carbachol synthesis technique, through the process of triphosgene alternative phosgene for acyl chlorination reaction and refining process of ammoniation-granulation optimization of the study, a new technology of carbachol cleaner production is proposed. This process use choline chloride as raw material to get carbachol through triphosgene acyl chlorination reaction and amination. Only two kinds of organic solvent are used in whole process, the steps of the reaction conditions are optimized, acyl chlorination reaction is researched importantly, the productivity is improved, the impurity is reduced, the carbachol yield is 56% at choline chloride value than existing yield by 12%, ensure the least of solvent consumption through the process of organic solvent recycle, reduce the pollution of the environment, improve the operating environment, economic benefit and social benefit.This improvement technology realized clean and efficient production of carbachol, which has important realistic significance of industrial production.
