Economic Analysis Of Cleaner Production And Research On Cleaner Production Promoting Industrial Restructuring

Resource shortage and environmental pollution are difficult problems for a country’s economic development.In particular,China is currently in a critical period of ecological civilization construction and economic restructuring,and it is crucial to find a solution in line with Chinese national conditions.At present,Chinese policy is more inclined to the end-of-pipe treatment process.Although the effect of pollution control at the end is immediate,it is only passively treating the end of pollutants.The cost of treatment is too high,the treatment is too difficult,and extra resources are wasted.Therefore,it is not a scientific way to solve environmental pollution,and the end-ofpipe treatment process cannot play a role in promoting Chinese economic restructuring.Cleaner production can prevent and reduce the generation of pollutants from the whole process of production activities,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.In addition,cleaner production also has the function of promoting industrial restructuring,which is the key link of national economic restructuring.Therefore,cleaner production is the key measure to promote China’s ecological civilization construction and economic restructuring.Based on the importance of cleaner production,this paper analyzes the impact of cleaner production on a complete production activity based on the existing theoretical research,and studies the impact of cleaner production promoting industrial restructuring.The economic analysis of clean production includes two parts:Microeconomic analysis and Macroeconomic analysis.Microeconomic analysis is based on the five major economic theories of demand,supply,externality,equilibrium price and maximum total surplus.It analyzes the impact of cleaner production on enterprises,industries and countries at the micro level by the changes of specific economic indicators such as supply and demand.Macroeconomic analysis is based on two economic theories of production function and long-run aggregate supply curve(LRAS).It analyzes the impact of cleaner production on enterprises,industries and countries at the macro level by the changes of general indicators such as technical level and LRAS.Research on cleaner production promoting industrial restructuring contains two parts,which are internal relationship between cleaner production and industrial restructuring and the way cleaner production to promote industrial restructuring.Analysis and research show that,from the perspective of economics,cleaner production can optimize economic indicators such as demand and supply,and improve the general representation such as technology level and capital,which can improve corporate profits,enhance enterprise market competitiveness,and promote enterprise progress,and then expand the scale of the industry,optimize the industry structure,and ensure the high-quality development of the industry,and ultimately achieve sustainable development for national economy.From the perspective of industrial restructuring,cleaner production and industrial restructuring have the same essence,which are“reducing input,increasing output,and reducing pollution”.At the same time,cleaner production can promote industrial restructuring through three types of cleaner production technologies: source replacement,process control and end cycle.On the one hand,it promotes technological progress and has a direct impact on industrial restructuring.On the other hand,it optimizes supply,demand,national policies,international trade and international investment,which have indirect effects on industrial restructuring.
