Perovskite, the simple structure of the compounds, more and more scientists are concerned by physics, chemistry, materials. it is the very simple things complicated, the results appeared in numerous nature, giant magnetoresistance, high-temperature super-guidance, ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, dielectric, photoelectric effect, sound and light effects, etc. These properties are caused by doping. So, such a doping is very significant to develop a new material. The twenty-first century, the development of science is inseparable from development and utilization of materials, development of new materials is to one day earlier can be applied to what is needed and where to be change.Usually, the doping of Perovskite-type composite oxide, which is made by synthesis of high-temperature solid-phase, but it also has disadvantages that the reaction requires a higher temperature. We use hydrothermal synthesis method of perovskite-type composite oxides doping, because it is usually relatively mild conditions of 300℃in the vicinity, but also can synthesize metastable phase compounds, high-temperature solid-phase synthesis phase is obviously not compared.This paper mainly introduces the right place at the same time LaMnO3 A, mixed, Ca2+ and K+, through the ICP, XPS confirmed that two cationic mixed LaMnO3, the synthesis of a series of samples. By in situ variable temperature XRD, get La0.64Ca0.16K0.2MO3, better stability, and secondly, on the XPS series of samples can be seen Mn2p peak overlap phenomenon indicates that there are mixed valence state. Again, done right La0.64Ca0.16Ko.2MO3 infrared spectroscopy, the sample can be the existence of the characteristic peaks of perovskite. La0.64Ca0.16K0.2MnO3 UV spectrum, concludes that there is absorption in the ultraviolet range. To be able to get a better test pattern, do a detailed comparison test shows that if La0.64Ca0.16K0.2MnO3 made of nano-level, La0.64Ca0.16K0.2MnO3 can be used as catalytic materials. From the above analysis testing, we can understand that after the sub-doped with potassium permanganate the morphology, nature, structure, and stability, magnetic, catalytic properties. Finally, different methods of synthesis of relatively pure LaNiO3 and La2NiO4, it corresponds well with the standard spectrum 2.
