With the strong push forward China's industrialization process, energy demand for oil increasing, there are increasing overseas investment in the oil industry, it also increases the further development of existing domestic oil fields. As the country has experienced many large oil field exploitation for decades, and now has entered the late majority of mining, oil well integrated water content increased, the pipeline is very bad work environment, resulting in frequent accidents of pipeline failure, severely affected the oil production efficiency, safety, economy.Pipeline failure can be divided into three categories:pipeline rupture, leakage and pipeline tubing trip. Tubing and tubing trip in which leakage was mainly due to the precision tubing thread inadequate during installation, seal caused by poor, with the oil production increase on the installation requirements, these two types of failure have become rare. Pipeline rupture is the failure of the mainstream pipeline, and the oil column in the upper part of the higher risk of fracture, when the upper string breaks, the oil column will free fall, not only damaged the pump, but also the lower part of the oil pipeline pier string bending deformation, resulting in a large number of scrap tubing.
