In arid and semi-arid areas of China, Sewage irrigation are very common.Sewage contains large amounts of nutrients for the crop, nitrogen is one of the nutrients which the plant growth and development required for.For that reason, the researching of the content of nitrogen in the soil under Sewage irrigation conditions is very important.This paper is based on research conducted in 2 points:First, select both sides of the trunk sewers and the farmland of Kong Village which has a long history of Sewage irrigation as sample areas, measured and analyzed the content of nitrogen. Invesigated the spatial distribution and morphological composition of the nitrogen in soil, and then made out the correlation analysis of conventional indicators.Second, conduct laboratory experiments of soil column, analyzed the nitrogen migration and transformation of different concentrations in soil.The main conclusions are as follows:1,Surface soil of farmland on both sides of the trunk sewers:total nitrogen is in the medium level, the average was 1.199 g/kg; nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were 44.65 mg/kg,39.95 mg/kg, 84.60 mg/kg,113.73 mg/kg. Section soil:total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available nitrogen at 0~20cm soil layer was highest; ammonium nitrogen mainly contents in the 0~40cm soil layer; alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in the 0~100cm with deeper soil depth decreased significantly. In the sample area of Kong Village, the spatial distribution of ammonium nitrogen has no discipline; total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available nitrogen in Sewage irrigation area was significantly higher than the ordinary water irrigation district.2,Laboratory experiment of soil column shows that in the section soil.content of the total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased with the concentration. The peak of total nitrogen is in 0~15cm soil layer, and the maximum is in 75cm soil layer, means the effect of irrigation on nitrate nitrogen leaching significantly, ammonium nitrogen mainly contents in the 0~40cm soil layer.3,By using the Sewage irrigation, Kong Village save water 10.5 million t every year, save fertilizer 564.8t, direct economic benefit is about five million yuan. Every year, thrift water on average 300m3 per mu, thrift fertilizer 16 kg, the direct economic benefits is about 145 yuan.
