This choice shicao town of Shenqiu County Zhoukou city as object in the study area, sampled in the field investigation, laboratory analysis, based on the study of soil nitrate, nitrite ,ammonium, crop nitrate and nitrite content of levels, spatial distribution, pollution and health risks were studied from junly to october.Papers should include:Part I: Analysis and summary of domestic and foreign soil nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, nitrate and nitrite pollution of crop status and trends of soil– crops.The main content of nitrogen pollution, research Environmental and health significance.Part II: the research area and the research checks against district of environmental condition is investigated, including the natural environment, economic development level, soil characteristics and agricultural production, the major environmental and health issues.Part III: The main methods used, technical routes and means of experimental analysisPart IV: nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen analysis of soil.Part V: Vegetable of the farm crop nitrate and nitrite content is analyticalPart VI: Soil nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen influence on the vegetable of farm crop nitrate and nitrite content.Part VII: Vegetable crops such as nitrate and nitrite content of health assessment.Part VIII: Prospects and inadequate.Through the above analysis the following conclusions: (1) drought, rain season in shicao Ji town of Shenqiu County Zhoukou City nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content changes with the seasonal cumulative change in varying degrees.In the study area the rain season on soil nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and anmmonium nitrogen content is higher than the dry period . In the Rain of the study area, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen were higher than average content of the control area. In study area, 7 to 9 March, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen content showed a decreasing trend in average, and the average concentration of ammonium was down - up trend. In October nitrate, nitrite nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen average content of the research region in soil is 8.6 times, 3.3 times and 10.3 times of the check. Differently type soil of nitrate and nitrite nitrogen content is difference more heavily in deffrent period.in rain period woodland nitrate and nitrite nitrogen of average content respectively is high of 22.53 mgs|kg and 2.20 mgs|kg than the drough.Further the soil ammonium nitrogen in drough is heavier with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer increased than rain period. The farm crop related of cultivates expect to apply fertilizer quantity of increase and water quantity and rainfall to reduce. Grown in different ways, greenhouse soil ammonium nitrogen content is higher than field; Big Peng vegetable ground the nitrogen vegetable is bigger than big Peng corn ground. A different type of fertilization, to Shed No. 1 corn ammonium nitrogen of content is larger than corn shed 2. Study area is the control of soil ammonium nitrogen in soil is 10.3 times of the check.(2) The soil nitrate and nitrite nitrogen averge content in the rain period of the spatial distribution show a decreasing trend that is along the rivers, canals from outside the ditch above the irrigation area. In addition that the loss of fertilizer and human excrement and urine leads to the ammonium nitrogen in soil increase, the Sand Ying River is one of sources of soil nitrogen. The consistency of the distribution that soil nitrate and nitrite nitrogen spatial distribute express and the nitrification of ammonium in the soil are also the important reason that causes a soil nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen of high content.(3) In the study area , the fram crops of vegetables of nitrate and nitrite content changes significantly on dry and rain period, with increased rainfall, in 7 ~ 10 months the nitrate content of vegetables and other crops was low - high - low trend ,nitrite content of trend is high - low - high. With the increase in volume of Fertilization and watering - cut - by– less,nitrite content in vegetables and other crops of the change trend is up - down - up– down.The same time, the greenhouse vegetable crops of nitrate and nitrit is higher than the field vegetables , the greenhouse vegetable nitrate and nitrit of content is 2.7 times of the field vegetable, and greenhouse vegetable nitrite of content is high of 0.12 mg / kg than the field vegetable,the field vegetable nitrate and nitrite of content respectively are 2737.83 mg / kg and 0.88 mg / kg. Soil water content, fertilization and planting of way are related.(4)Different vegetable crops nitrate and nitrite content the order of the average size in the Dry and rain period is the class> leaf vegetables> onion and garlic class>Eggplant> rhizome> beans, grain type> onions garlic class> leaf vegetables> eggplant (root vegetables)> beans, legumes> leaf vegetables> onion and garlic class> rhizomes> melon and fruit> eggplant, and onion and garlic class> eggplant> beans > melon and fruit> root vegetables; Vegetables and other crops in different months nitrate and nitrite of the average content order is respectively September> August> July> October, September> July> August> October. The rain of nitrate and nitrite average content is higher than the dry period of the study area,nitrate and nitrite in vegetables in research area were higher than average levels of the control area.(5) the average concentration of ammonium nitrogen in soil and the average content of nitrate and nitrite of vegetables is positively related,and the average content of nitrate and nitrite nitrogen for vegetables in soil was negatively correlated in rain period; Soil ammonium, nitrate and nitrite nitrogen of average content and vegetables crops of nitrate and nitrite content are dividedly positively correlated,but not significant in dry period;Though to the planting and management in different ways,the soil nitrate nitrite nitrogen content to the influence of the nitrate average content of vegetable etc. farm crop present just related, and to the influence of the nitrate average content of vegetable etc. farm is negatively related, soil ammonium nitrogen to the influence of the nitrate and nitrite average content of vegetable etc. farm is negatively related.(6)The study area of vegetables and other crops serious pollution from juerly to October, and pollution index is greater than one .octerber vegetable crops and so on pollution of health risk index is higher than the control area. In the study area of vegetable crops etc nitrate and nitrite of pollution index is greater in rain period than dry period.
