In the high precision (2400dpi) printer manufacturing,it is a key technical problem to measure the displacement deviation on the surface of the printing roller.Utilizing a high precision turntable to simulate the rotary motion of the printing roller, we construct a high precision photoelectric detection system, in which the displacement deviation of each point on the turntable is measured.The thesis further analyses the motion law of the turntable with eccentricity,and studies the principle of mearsuing the displacement deviation of each point on the turntable. Then the thesis introduces the structure of the photoelectric detection system, including the design on the barcode, the photoelectric read-out system, the phase-comparing circuit and the data-collecting system. The thesis also analyses the causation of the vibration of the turntable. for reducing the effect of the vibration to the measuring signals, we puts forward a design of self-adaptive dynamic balance test system and the model machine is successfully developed by the technology. The model machine realizes the accurate acquisition of signals and implements display of the measuring signals according to the design of the visual graphic user interface.The experiment result indicates that the precision of the method which measuring the displacement deviation of each point on the turntable by the photoelectric detection system, is controlled within±10μm.Finally, the thesis brings up thoughts on amelioration and development of the photoelectric detection system of measuring the displacement deviation of the printing roller.
