Indazole derivatives and maleimide derivatives are the compounds that have widely biological activities and extensive use in industry, agriculture and medicine field and so on. Because of vast used foreground, these compounds are researched by chemists who are more and more, and many novel significant compounds were synthesized, and new synthesis methods were found. Base on previous, some new N-benzoyl-indazole derivatives and 3,4-diaryl Maleimide derivatives were designed and synthesized by us, the condition of reaction was reasearched.There are two major parts in this thesis:The first part is about literature review. The research status and development of indazole derivatives, maleimide derivatives and limonene was reviewed briefly.The second part is about experiment sections. Major work is as follows:1. Some new N-benzoyl-indazole derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of Schiff base was dehydrated to build a C-N bond on intramolecular under cuprous chloride as a catalyst, DMSO for solvent, potassium carbonate to provide alkaline environment. Schiff base was gained by the reaction of aromatic aldehyde and benzohydrazide as the starting material which was refluxed in ethanol solution.N-Benzoyl-indazole derivatives were the compounds with a blue fluorescence.2. Several new 3,4-diaryl Maleimide derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of chalcone derivatives and benzyl cyanide in DMF, under CuCl as a catalyst, potassium hydrogen phosphate to provide alkaline environment, at 100℃. Chalcone derivatives were prepared by condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes and acetophenone in alkaline conditions. These 3,4-diaryl Maleimide derivatives were the compounds which has bright yellow fluorescence.3. Monoterpenes are important industrial raw materials, which was widely used in the flavor and food industry. Because of their biological activities, some of monoterpenes were used in drugs. Base on, limonene was synthesized by Diels-Alder reaction of industry isoprene and reaction condition was reaserached.
