Since the advent of calixarene revolves around its chemistry has been considerable attention by researchers. A large number of studies on calixarene chemistry has been widely discussed and reported. Calixarene molecules of its unique molecular structure with well-defined hydrophobic, consisting of benzene ring cup cavity and hydrophilic functional groups makes these compounds suitable hosts for molecular and ionic species. Calixarenes can be used as potential building blocks are applied to design a new type of supramolecular systems. The cyclooligomeric phenols known as calixarenes have received much interest as basic molecular scaffolds for the construction of selective ionophores, many of them have been incorporated as a fluorescent ion sensor.The lower rim edge functionalized of p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene is a hotspot of superamolecular synthesis chemistry. In this paper, starting from the scientific principles of interface design of molecular? ion recognition, combined with silicon interface materi-al characteristics of the design synthesis for a class of coupling group and recognition si-tes of tert-butyl calix[4]arene derivatives. Based on p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene as the b-asic framework, on the lower rimof the functionalized with molecular and ionic fluore-scent groups, in order to achieve the modified silicon interface selective recognition of different molecules and ions. This paper mainly focuses on research the p-tert-butyl-calix-[4]arene derivatives and its performance research and the sunthetic route was made of fine chemical intermediates of 1H-indazole-3-carboxylic acid, work done the following aspects.Firstly, from the starting of p-tert-butyl-calix[4]synthesized a series of derivatives with fluorescence properties, and then introducing the coupling group has the potential application of calix[4]arene derivatives synthesized in interface recognition.Secondly, three kinds of polymer of p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene derivatives were synthesized.Thirdly, study on the properties of 25,27-diacetyl acetate oxygen-26, 28-dipolyethylene glycol ether chain tert-butyl-calix [4] fluid material.Finally, research about synthesis route 1H-indazole-3-carboxylic acid.
