In order to guarantee the safe operation of pipeline and minimize the damage caused by leakage accidents, it is necessary to study the leakage detecting technology. Pipeline leakage detection is a multi-field object, which involves other subjects. The leakage detection signal based on wavelet denoising and blind source seperation is researches thoroughly in this paper.The paper introduces the current development conditions of pipeline transportation firstly, and analyzes the problem existing in pipeline transportation. And compares some pipeline leak detection technologies in our country and others. Indicates the current condition and prospect of the technology.Researches the wavelet denoising and blind source seperation technologies seperately, amalgamates them and use it to process the signal containing noise. Improves original wavelet denoising and simulated it on MATLAB, the result proves that the noise can be wiped off effectively; this method is used to be a pretreatment for blind source seperation. Blind source seperation based on max signal-to-noise is being put forward, this method constitute SNR object function build on the character that the more effect is good, the more SNR is great, it changes searching optimization into searching generalized eigenvalue, using it to composing eigenvectoe metrix,namely seperation metrix. This arithmatic is the optimization of BSS arithmatic, which supplies a gap that previous method is over complication. The computer simulating result implies that this improved arithmetic owns inferior calculation complexity, it can seperates source signal timely and effectively.A specific function between the velocity of negative pressure wave and the distance is presented by investigating the characterization of oil temperature changed along the long distance oil pipeline. Based on the velocity change of negative pressure wave along the long distance oil pipeline, the leakage localization area is confirmed by the mathematic illation; searching and numerical integral method is applied to localize the leakage point. Based on the mathematic model of the long distance oil pipeline leakage localization, a new function for leakage localization is put forward, which can improve the efficiency of localization algorithm and real-time ability of pipeline leakage detection system and guarantee localization accuracy.
