Because of bearing high-temperature performance and physical chemical property Molybdenum is applied in a lot of field. With the progress of the development and science and technology of the society, the demand for molybdenum products is improved day by day. Recovering regenerated resources of molybdenum has important Strategic value, has already got the attention of the countries all over the world.In order to molybdenum of Al2O3 Bayer process seeded precipitation spent liquid as the research object this text, on the premise of not changing Seeded Precipitation Spent Liquid property, utilize ion exchange resin to absorb, solve the molybdenum sucked in solutions. It studies that factors which influence the exchange capacity and desorption rate on the resin, such as the kind of choosing ion exchange resin, having studied the operation way of different ion exchange, contacting time, desorption pharmaceutical making up, the way of desorption, material liquid preconditioning and etc.. Result reveal absorb performance of molybdenum best,1# resin absorb work under the terms absorb capacity can in order to reach 10mg/mL wet resin in ideal under strong alkali terms by 1# resin. resin is desorped with C desorption solvent, can get that include molybdenum greater than to desorption liquid of 8-10g/L, it is more than 72.3% to desorp the desorption rate And the Expanding test has been done in the laboratory.On the basis,this text study from desorption molybdate liquid, fetch the method of molybdate calcium in the liquid also, investigate that understands molybdate liquid properties and deposits the influence on depositing molybdenum efficiency of the condition, confirm calcium salt deposition method make, fetch the process conditions of molybdate calcium.This text make ammonium tetramolybdate experimental study from molybdate calcium as raw materials. Molybdate Calcium can make acceptable product ammonium tetramolybdate by roasting, leaching, ion exchange resin absorbing, peaking liquid purify, getting rid of vanadium, adding acid and depositing. Subject carry on industrialization expand test also, prove laboratory process conditions that stage make.This test do the research on the whole way to recovering molybdenum from strong alkaline seeded precipitation spent liquid, put forward the rational treatment method, realize the recovery of the molybdenum, enrich and develop the new process for using Regenerated resources of molybdenum.
