Offset is the one of the main forms of modern printing,.Ink-water balance is the theoretical principles of offset printing. The automatic control of Ink-water balance is mportant to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and other aspects. Abroad, the manufacturers of high performance offset printing has been equipped with ink-water balance detection device, but there is no uniform standard. Unfortunately, there is no similar application in our country.This paper is mainly used humidity measuring the size of offset printing plate wetting liquid theory. Combination with the current testing technology status and the superiority of wavelet algorithm, From a system point of view of the fountain solution to study the relationship between the comprehensive size and humidity,preparaing the offset printing press fountain solution size of the on-line monitoring system. The results achieved are the following:1)Prezent the technology and tatus of current offset dampening solution detection in details. Explains the theoretical foundation and implementation method used in these techniques. For the other detection methods can be used as the theoretical method is described.2)Combination of existing conditions, choose the low-cost, simple structure, easy to realize,the principle of offset dampening solution size detection based on the humidity. Design a qualitative and quantitative simulation experiments to verify the correctness and feasibility of the principle. And Design sampling experiments on PZ1650 offset printing machine.3)Using the current hot spot theory of wavelet algorithm, analyze the experimental data obtained by the sampling experiments on PZ1650 offset printing machine under the time-frequency domain. Using the multi-resolution characteristics of wavelet analysis, Analyze the characteristics of the original signal and the noise sources of producing aliasing effects,and find the sampling signal singularity exactly. Applying the advanced polynomial interpolation method, take different thresholds to denoise of the high-frequency sampling signal, and have been retained the original signal to reach the relationship between the humidity and the size of offset printing plate wetting liquid. Construct to the determine function based on wavelet algorithm. Verify the correctness of the function and analyze the source of the function output error.4)With Windows XP as a development environment, object-oriented VC++development language as a system,realize the preparation of the the simulation system of offset dampening solution size of the on-line monitoring.The software is easy to use,flexible and effective for the operator to provide real-time data on the size of dampening solution and the state of printing as a reference.Of this thesis is the study of offset dampening solution size detection based on humidity, but also provide a reference value for the ink-water balance test.lt can be used as such a system sub-module test project as well.
