The Corrosive-wear phenomenon is widespread in the field of machinery equipment about petroleum, chemical fiber, and coal electricity industries. It is the main reason to make these industries machinery equipment and components damaged for failure. Therefore, the research and development of new wear-resistant material to improve the service life of wear parts, reduce material and energy consumption, improve economic efficiency was very important significance.In this paper, prepared a modified epoxy resin/phenolic resin adhesive SiC particulate composites, the corrosion wear behavior of such composites was studied by using three-body corrosion wear tester, from which systematic study the corrosion resistance of composites about the matrix resin, curing agents, coupling agents, toughening agents, as well as particle size and adding filler volume in acidic, neutral, and alkaline solution, and analysis their wear mechanisms. And finally, we obtained the best formula to solution adhesives resistant to corrosion and wear properties in acidic, neutral and alkaline. Research result shows that:The anti-corrosion wear ability of modified epoxy resin adhesive SiC particulate composites in various of corrosive media environment were as follows:neutral>alkaline >acidic; The anti-corrosion wear ability of modified phenolic resin adhesive SiC particulate composites in various of corrosive media environment were as follows:neutral >acidic>alkaline.The addition of curing agents accelerates the rate of the resin to form a cross-linked network structure. When the T-31 adding amount 20wt%,35wt% and 40wt% of colloidal, the corrosion-wear performance of the modified epoxy resin adhesive SiC particulate composites was the best in neutrals alkaline and acidic; When the amount of benzenesulfonyl chloride for 11wt%, the mechanical properties and corrosive-wear performance of the modified phenolic resin adhesive SiC particulate composites was the best.When the coupling agents and the toughening agents join with composites, the adhesion performance of the resin increased significantly. For the coupling agents used prone to hydrolysis in acidic and alkaline solution, which destruct the cross-linked of matrix resin and coupling agents, so in neutral environment, the corrosion-wear-resistant performance of the composite materials was the best. The content of PU effected the anti-corrosion wear resistance to the composite material was markedly. When the content was low, wear mechanism showed its brittleness. When the content was high, wear mechanism main showed by its toughness and fatigue flake dominated.The bigger the size of SiC particles, the harder the composites to be damaged. When the content of SiC particles in the modified epoxy resin adhesive SiC particulate composites reached 67.21wt%, and in the modified phenolic resin adhesive SiC particulate composites reached 65wt%, "joggle domino effect" and "cementation domino effect" worked in best and the specimen had the best anti-corrosion wear resistance.
