Study On The Eco-economical Regionalization Based On Ecological Environment And Socio-economic

In modern society, the link between economic development and ecological environmental protection are more close and the contradiction between the economy, resources and the environment become a major issue which constrains sustainable development. It is necessary to define the eco-economy zone which based on the ecological economy function in accordance with socio-economic, environmental and ecological features. But the traditional theory and approach can't consider a full range of economic, resources, environment, ecology aspects, and can't systematically guide the regional economic, social, environmental, ecological and other elements coordinative development. There are important theoretical value and practical guidance significance to further study integrated technology division theory and quantitative methods based on socio-economic , resources and environment.The paper, based on the theory of ecological economics and gridding technique and systematic engineering, systematicly study the theory of economic zones, the technology and methods of economic zones, from the ecological and economic zoning index system to quantify the model indicators, from GIS technology to model validation. The method system of quantitative analysis has formed about ecology economic zone system. Such as:(1)The construction of index system. Based on the principles of science and independence, the index system of ecological and economic division are built. This Index system contains the levels and trends of the economic development , the ecosystem restricting effect for regional development, and the resources, environmental capacity and natural disasters's regulatingeffect for regional development. Basically ,the System which is made up of three modules,eleven integrated indexs and dozens of basic indexs,covers almost all levels of the economic society and ecological environment .(2)The construction of model. Under the grid ideas and the characteristics of each index, the mathematical model which involves all indexs from the index system of ecological and economic division contains layers about targets, modules and rules.At the same time ,the mathematical model fully considers the bridging between layers and grid technology, in order to form a rigorous system. It's proposed the model of location advantage model firstly.(3)The application of grid technology. Using grid technology for each model of ecological economy districts can obtain the calculations that break the administrative jurisdictions boundaries and fully reflect diversity and continuity in ecological and economic system.(4)The application of GIS & RS technology. Application of RS technology obtain comparatively larger scale of vegetation and soil using information. Application of GIS technology can vector basic data, and obtian gradient and basin formation. Application of spatial analysis and graphics performance function of GIS, realize the analysis and calculation of various layers index model and get quantitative.and visualization results of the various forms.(5) Validation study: Application of the models and the techniques which have been established calculation and analysis every ecological economic divisions index of Zezhou Shanxi Province. According to the calculation results divide ecological and economic zone of Zezhou.It contains four class six eco-economic regions. Comparing the results with the divisions local actual,they has greater consistency, so the basic theory and the research institute of technology method in the paper is feasible.
