The eco-environmental and geological surveying and its relative assessment is also a engineering and science problem. Because of that,the present paper made a close research on the principle, content, method and technology for eco-geological environment assessment based on the previous studies. In addition, the regional eco-geological environment assessment on Shuozhou city was conducted and a developed evaluation model including evaluation indexes, grade, method and process was established in this study.Based on the sufficient analysis of the eco-geological environment in Shuozhou city for the present, this paper established a typical and characteristic index system which consisted of one criteria level and twelve layers of pointer, and calculated the weight of every index with statistical method.In this paper, the integrated index used for evaluation was obtained by the weighted superposition method of all the eco-geological environment impact factor.Then according to the grading standards, we categoried the eco-geological environment quality in Shouzhou city into four ranks, and put forward a strategy and proposal to improve environment by analysising eco-geological environment problem and its formative factor in this area.In a word, this study provided a scientific reference and technological support for environmental protection, industry distribution and Environmental Management in Shuozhou city.
