Ezhou city is located in the east of Hubei Province and the South Bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.3000 years ago,Ezhou began to mine and process iron and copper and other mineral resources,known as the hometown of ancient copper mirrors.Ezhou district is rich in mineral resources,among which the proven iron ore reserves are250 million tons,ranking the second in the province.The mining of mineral resources has made great contributions to the economic and social development of Ezhou city.However,due to over exploitation,backward technology,poor protection awareness of mining enterprises and less investment,the geological environment has been seriously damaged.The mined out area,open pit,tailing pond,waste slag dump and mining site formed by mining activities occupy a large number of land resources which have not been restored and can not be used.Heavy metal pollution of land,water and soil is formed by mining and mineral processing.With the flow and infiltration of surface water,the influence range of heavy metal pollution is expanding.With the acceleration of urbanization process,13 quarries are located in the surrounding area of the city or within the visible range of three districts and two lines,and other quarries are mostly located around the city,county,township road and village,which seriously affects the urban landscape and image.All kinds of geological disasters induced by mining,as well as tailing head pond and waste residue dump directly threaten the surrounding villagers,houses,cultivated land and mine production safety.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and control to solve the problems existing in the geological environment of mines.In this paper,through the collection of relevant data and field investigation,the geological environment status of 116 mines in Ezhou City and the type,distribution and harm degree of mine geological environment problems are investigated.The analysis is carried out from four aspects of social and economic situation,development and utilization,geological environment background and mine geological environment problems In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the geological environment quality of Ezhou city.Finally,the Countermeasures for the restoration and treatment of the mine geological environment in Ezhou City are put forward.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Collect data and conduct field investigation to find out the basic situation and existing problems of the mine geological environment in Ezhou City.Through on-site investigation and data collection of the basic situation of mines in Ezhou,including the distribution,development scale,and production status of mining methods,the impact of mining in Ezhou on the geological environment of mines has been basically investigated.One is mine geological disasters;the other is mining The impact and destruction of development on the groundwater system;the third is the occupation and destruction of land vegetation resources and land occupation by mining development;the fourth is the impact of mine wastewater and waste residue on the environment.(2)Carry out comprehensive evaluation of mine geological environment.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation model,the weight of each evaluation factor is determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established through the method of fuzzy mathematics,so as to comprehensively evaluate the geological environment quality of the entire Ezhou city.(3)Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation,the mine geological environment of the city shall be divided into zones.Combining the actual conditions of various mines and the status quo of geological environmental problems,the geological environment quality of the mines in the metal ore concentration area of Ezhou City is divided into three areas: severely affected area,more severely affected area and general affected area,and based on the main influencing factors of different areas and actual outstanding geology Environmental problems further divide the severe area into 2 subareas and the more severe area into 3 sub-areas.In addition,the status quo of mine geological and ecological environment problems in each sub-region was evaluated,and a regional map of mine geological environment quality in Ezhou City was compiled.The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation.(4)Put forward the countermeasures of mine geological environment management.On the basis of basically ascertaining the current status of the mine geological environment in Ezhou City,based on the comprehensive assessment results of the mine geological environment,combined with the mineral resource planning of Ezhou City,the mine geological environment restoration and governance countermeasures in Ezhou City were proposed for the types of problems.Following the principles of "prevention first,combining prevention and control" and "light,heavy,slow,and urgent",the countermeasures for mine geological environment management were proposed.
