Increase in atmospheric greenhouse effect, climate warming trend is clearly against the background of the Earth climate change trends and characteristics has been a hot topic of general interest. Climate as a natural environment for mankind's survival is an important component, it will be any change influence on the natural environment and socio-economic system, some non-reversible effects even and disastrous. In recent years, based on partition function multifractal theory, R/S analysis, Mann-Kendall method (the M-K method) and the wavelet transform theory has been widely used in the trend of urban climate. It not only offers different systems for a complete description of the singularity and can be used to analyze and measure the non-linear system cycle length. However, these analyses are time series from one side reveals the evolution of, and can not reveal the time-series trend of future development, comprehensive utilization of the above methods can reveal the multiple perspectives of the evolution of time series and to forecast future trends in feature? In this paper, we integrate the R/S analysis, M-K method, and Multifractal together based on wavelet transform and apply them in the temperature change trend and fractal feature in Anhui province. The main work and results are following:1. In view of 50 for many years Hefei precipitation time series, has studied Hefei precipitation tendency characteristics and so on change point of discontinuity, change tendency, non-cycle of motion length, from the multiple perspectives, the multi-level revelation this area precipitation's evolved rule, and will forecast in the future the Hefei precipitation change tendency.2. It analyses the dynamic characteristics and its evolutionary principle in the temperature over the past fifty-four years in hefei on combined R/S analysis with wavelet transform. It chooses db4 wavelet function, deconstruct and reconstruct the original data.3. It analyses the city of bozhou, bengbu, anqing and huoshan precipitation and the average temperature time based on hefei.
